For Hacking Pokémon Insurgence, you will be needing cheat engine. I’m going to use cheat engine 6.4 but any version can do.
HOW TO HACK MONEY
For this, you must have at least $50 in the game.
Open Pokémon Insurgence
Go to trainer info
Now here you money will be there
Go to cheat engine, select the game.exe after pressing the colourful button.
In the search bar, search for double of your money plus 1. For example, you have 100$ then you have to search for 100*2+1 i.e. 201.
Now go in the game again, use some money in anything.
Go back to trainer’s card.
Now search the new value*2+1. For example 90*2+1 i.e. 181 and press next scan.
Now most probably one value will be left in the box below.
Click that value and press enter.
Change the value to ‘whatever you want’*2+1 without quote marks.
Just go back to game, exit your trainer card and go in it again. Viola! You just hacked your money!

HOW TO HACK NUMBER OF ITEMS
For this you must have at least 3 of the item you want to hack.
Open the bag in the game and go to the thing you want to hack. For example, rare candies.
Now go to cheat engine and select the game. And now, search for no. of items that you want to hack*2+1. For e.g. you have 3 super repels, then you have to search 3*2+1 i.e. 7.
Go to the game, use the item or toss the item.
Now search the new value of that item and press next scan. For e.g. new value is 2 then search 2*2+1 i.e. 5.
Now in the result area, if there are more than 1 results then do the process again but do next scan not new scan. If there is only one value, click it and press enter.
Now enter the values of item that you want for e.g. you want 100 super repels, then change it to 100*2+1 i.e. 201.
Congrats! You Just Hacked Items!!
HOW TO GET ANY ITEM
For this you’ll need the item list [Link to the list: http://pastebin.com/aLp3UJyC ], lots of money!
Go to shop in the game.
Open the buying list in the game.
Now go to cheat engine and search 535.
Now in the result area there will be many items. Observe them and delete the items that are changing continuously.
Now select all the values that are stable [not changing] and press enter and enter the value of item you want from the document file. For e.g. rare candies are 527.
Now press enter and go back to game.
Exit from the buying list and enter again.
The item you selected would replace pokéball in the list.
Buy it as many as you like. Yeah!
By the way the list is cheat engine ready i.e. you don’t have to multiply it by 2 and add 1.
HACK ANY POKEMON
For this you’ll need an extra pokémon as in this tutorial I am going to change one pokémon into another and any good pokédex [I would suggest to use poketype dex]. I would prefer to use a low level pokémon as you would be able to train it then.

Go to the summary of the extra pokémon.
See the dex number.
Search the dex number*2+1 in CE [Cheat Engine].
Now delete the values that are changing from the result area.
Select all the values that are not changing.
Press enter.
Enter the value of dex number of the pokémon you want. For e.g. you want yveltal then you need to enter 717*2+1 i.e. 1435.
Exit the summary and re-enter it.
You have a New Pokémon!!!

HOW TO CHANGE THE STATS OF A POKEMON
It is pretty useless as it is not permanent because it changes back to normal after every move in the battle. But still I’m going to teach you.
Game Closes When I Open Cheat Engine
Go to summary of pokémon and go to skills.
Search for the value of the stat you want to change*2+1.
Give the pokémon a rare candy and go back to skills again.
Search next for the new value*2+1.
Select the result and press enter.
Change the value to what you want*2+1.
The Stat will be changed. But it will revert back as soon you do a move or lose hp.
